Because you preview every card for free before paying, you only ever pay for a card you are happy with.
Personalised cards are made just for you, so the standard cooling-off period for bespoke goods does not apply once a card is generated or printed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If a digital card fails to generate, or the finished card is clearly broken or unusable, we will refund it (please ask within 24 hours). If a printed card arrives faulty or damaged, or an order is clearly wrong on our part, contact us and we will reprint it or refund you. Refunds are not given simply for a change of mind about a card that generated fine.
A quick note on video cards: the animation is created from the still image you have already approved, and it is the AI's best interpretation of that image. The exact likeness, expression or movement can vary a little from frame to frame, which is the nature of AI video rather than a fault, so videos are not refundable on that basis. The longer 10 and 15-second cards are built as several scenes, each its own AI interpretation of your story, so results can also vary a little scene to scene for the same reason. If a video genuinely fails to render or comes out broken, that is of course covered above.
