If you receive a card that is offensive, threatening, or breaks our rules, you can report it.
- Use the "Report this card" link at the bottom of the card you received. Choose a reason and add any details; it goes straight to our team.
- Or email support@thecardgenie.com with the card link and what is wrong.
We review every report. Serious or illegal content is removed and, where the law requires, referred to the authorities. If you feel threatened, please also contact your local police. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what is and is not allowed.
