If your message is stopped, it has tripped our content check. Cards have to follow our Acceptable Use & Content Policy - no hateful, threatening, sexual or infringing content - and disallowed wording is blocked automatically before a card is made.
The fix is almost always small:
- Remove or soften the part that breaks the rules.
- Rephrase and try again - a light reword usually clears it straight away.
- Names, your sign-off and ordinary affectionate messages are fine; it is specific disallowed wording that is caught.
