Shareable card links stay live for a set time, then stop working and the card is removed from storage. The window depends on the kind of card:
- Standard cards - 120 days from purchase.
- Pro scheduled-send cards - the longer of 120 days from purchase, or 30 days after the scheduled send date.
- Event invitations and wedding stationery tied to an event date - 30 days after the event date.
- Uploaded photos and voice notes - removed within 30 days of upload.
The simple rule: if you want to keep a card forever, download it before the link expires. On a phone or tablet tap "Save to photos"; on a computer click "Download".
Printed cards are physical and yours to keep regardless of any link.
