A card link that says "not found" has almost always expired. Shareable links stay live for a set time, then the card is removed from storage (see how long is my card available?).
A few things to try:
- Open the link directly from your messages, email or browser, rather than through another app's built-in viewer.
- If you saved a copy earlier, you still have the card - check your photos or downloads.
- If someone sent it to you, ask them to re-send it while their copy is still live.
